The Bonsai 25Q Fully Automatic Electric Pressure cooker has impressed us right from the start. This table top workhorse has some impressive features not found at this price point! The Bonsai 25Q Sterilizer heats up and builds pressure in 25 mins and with the easy to use control panel you simply set the desired temperature and the sterilization time and the sterilizer does the rest! With a tall slender profile it can fit 14 Wide Mouth Ball Quart Jars!

Overview of How to use:

Add purified water to the bottom to cover the heating element, but not higher than the stainless steel tray. Add your Jars, spawn bags or whatever you are sterilizing. Close the lid by turning the knob until tight. Set the temperature to 121 C or 250 F and next the sterilization time, usually 90 minutes. The timer will not turn on until the unit reaches the desired temperature which is same as 15 PSI. When the cycle is done the unit will beep letting you know its ready!

It's on only a workhorse but it's beautiful. Nothing better then just pressing a button and going onto other tasks. The sales team was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with as well. I'd highly recommend this product.

I decided to purchase this machine after reading up and gathering info on these. Ultimately it was the safety and ease of use for me. Not to say regular stove top units are not equally as safe and easy. I’ve had zero experience with a stove top unit and did not want my house going kaboom. This is literally a set it and forget it machine. The crew at MWG took all my calls and answered all my questions.

My new 25 gallon autoclave arrived timely, but I wasn't available to test it until today and I ran into problems trying to get the pressure up to 121. I called customer service and Nicholas responded within a few minutes wait time and walked me through the process. I needed to make sure the air vent was down to get the pressure up. Working with a steamer is new to me and I was nervous about buying one in the first place, but feel pretty good now. As you might see in the photo, the pressure is at 121 and I had two minutes left to go. Thank you Nicholad for your patient help.
