While the original product had a leak when shipped, I contacted customer service and they have taken care of the situation. I didn't have to wait long, they just went ahead and handled it. Absolutely wonderful product, and amazing customer service.

It's Everything and Some. I definitely recommend making use of the PPE Provided, due to the lab quality vessel it comes in and sweet packaging. Slightly Careless and you'll learn that just a drop can be pretty hot. So Mind your eyes as well.
