The first jar I received had leaked in the box slightly due to a loose lid. A few hours after I emailed the pictures to support I had a tracking number for my new order. Arrived faster than the first one. Haven't used it yet but but the customer service alone is worth 5 stars.

As the title says, the perfect size and height for LC if you work with them. probably will buy more. Shipping was fast and easy. Got them before my work was ready. That fast.

I was blown away how efficiently this liquid culture kit was packaged and shipped to me. I was worried how it would do in transit being a large glass jar full of liquid, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the care that went into double bubble-wrapping, air pockets on all sides of the jar, and that the outside of the box was very clearly marked as fragile and which side to have up. My package came quickly and the culture started growing within two days.

Inoculated my XL Culture 5 days ago and seeing a thick layer of mycelium on the bottom and floating inside. I have a bunch of spawn bags to knock up and I like to use 10-15CC's per bag for faster growth. Wish you guys offered this last year! Oh well
