This is the first humidifier that I have ever purchased and so far I have really enjoyed it for use in my Martha tent. At first, I had to refill the water reservoir constantly because my duct fan was sucking all of my humidity up and now that I don't have my fan on 24/7, I only have to refill the water reservoir 1-2x per week instead of daily. I also had some difficulty with the hose leaking water and at times causing a kink but I reached out to customer service and they are very quick and prompt. I was able to get it working and have not had any issues since.
