They were able to troubleshoot my issue with exploding bags and spent 30 mins on the phone and I was able to text them photos and they immediately told me exactly how to fix the issue! They also gave me some tips on settings and how to maximize my daily batches! They also have the cheapest shipped price too! Should have bought one of these year ago! Bags turn out perfect everytime! No more watching the stoves and adjusting flame levels! Literally load and walk away! I also love the slow vent after cycle is done, speeds turn around times way up!

I learned how to use it in one morning after reading the directions and watching some videos. Very good quality autoclave and shipped fast. Just make sure you set your vent settings right! 1 = Slow vent 0= Natural cool down, no venting.

Shipping is prompt. Setup is straightforward, standard 240v 30amp hookup. I have only run a few test cycles and heats up very fast, controls are easy to use. They are in Celcius but 121 degrees is where you should set it for 15 PSI. I love the computer controlled slow vent feature. Good price! Great service
