I use these to double check my cook times in my 30Q All-American cooker when I make my own grain bags. I used to use that tape that turns colors but it was not accurate. These are super accurate and I have learned invaluable lessons on proper stacking and times especially when I fill the thing to the max. Trust me, you need to test bags every so often.
