If the size, brightness, and spectrum meet your needs, you can't go wrong with this. I use it for an area of about 4 sqft and, since it stays cool to the touch, I am able to just lay it right on top of a clear plastic lid without the slightest risk of melting.

I bought the grow light and this is the only light that i will use. I had the same one that came in my grow kit and it lasted more than three years with constant growing. I broke the first one,so needed to replace...love this light..mush love...
